By accessing this website and/or renting equipment from Superior Event Rentals, LLC (“Company”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Rental Agreement
All equipment rentals are subject to a separate written Rental Agreement signed by the customer. Use of this website does not replace or modify the terms of any signed Rental Agreement.
2. Age Requirement
Customers must be at least 18 years old to enter into a rental agreement.
3. Payments & Deposits
A non-refundable reservation deposit is required at the time of booking to secure rental items. Full payment must be received prior to equipment delivery or customer pickup unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
4. Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Reservation deposits are non-refundable.
5. Equipment Responsibility
The customer assumes full responsibility for all rented equipment from the time of delivery or pickup until the equipment is returned to, or collected by, Superior Event Rentals, LLC. The customer is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft occurring during this time period, regardless of cause.
6. Use of Equipment
Customers agree to use all rented equipment in a safe and proper manner and only for its intended purpose. Equipment may not be altered, modified, or misused. All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were provided, normal wear and tear excepted.
7. Setup Location & Surface Requirements
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the setup location is safe, level, and suitable for the rented equipment. Superior Event Rentals, LLC reserves the right to refuse setup if the location is deemed unsafe or could cause damage to the equipment. The Company is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from unsafe site conditions.
8. Supervision & Alcohol Use
The customer is responsible for supervising all guests and ensuring safe use of rented equipment during the event. Superior Event Rentals, LLC is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damage resulting from intoxication, reckless behavior, or improper supervision at the event.
9. Damage, Loss, or Theft
Customers are responsible for the full replacement or repair cost of any equipment that is damaged, lost, or stolen while in their possession. The Company reserves the right to determine the cost of repair or replacement.
10. Delivery
Delivery and pickup services may be available for certain rentals. Customers must ensure that the delivery location is safe, accessible, and prepared to receive equipment. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including traffic, weather, or site conditions.
11. Weather Policy
Customers assume all risks related to weather conditions. No refunds or credits will be issued due to weather-related cancellations or issues unless otherwise specified in the Rental Agreement.

Information on this website, including pricing and availability, may change without notice and does not constitute a binding offer.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Superior Event Rentals, LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Superior Event Rentals, LLC shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, property damage, or other losses arising from the use or misuse of rented equipment.
15. Indemnification
Customers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Superior Event Rentals, LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the use, operation, or possession of rented equipment.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.
17. Changes to Terms
Superior Event Rentals, LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
